To be honest, I was surprised by the quality and warmth of the services as well as the entire staff. Unfortunately, as a Mexican, I had my reservations, but I want to say that the service was world-class for all the participants from different nationalities with whom I shared experiences, which makes me feel truly proud of a Mexican company that is really raising the name of our country to everyone who visits us. My sincerest congratulations to everyone, especially to the guide Pedro on the tour to Tulum, who, even though it rained, did his job with such passion that we were impacted by his beautiful attitude while narrating the history of our Mayans, which made me feel so proud of my country but above all of our ancestors, that I was moved to tears and I made sure to let him know. Perhaps he doesn't remember it, but for me and my family, it was something unique. Once again, congratulations to everyone and thank you very much for this excellent experience.

The parks are very beautiful and entertaining, although I recommend doing Tulum and Xelha together, as the trip is a bit long (about 1.5 hours from Cancun).

I only have excellent comments for Aventure, they were punctual with the pickup and return times, the organization during the tours, all the staff who assisted us, the tour guides, the transportation with excellent buses. I would truly recommend them widely. This reservation was made online from Colombia, but I can tell you that it is a serious and very reliable company. They fulfilled absolutely everything we contracted and met our expectations. Thank you for your work, excellent customer service from each and every person who had contact with us.

Disfrutamos plenamente de todos nuestros tours de aventura en Cancún. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente a la empresa de tours y a los guías. Elegimos Chichén Itzá, Xcaret y el asalto pirata en nuestro itinerario y los tres superaron nuestras expectativas y realmente hicieron que nuestras vacaciones en México fueran memorables. I was enchanted and amazed by the beautiful places I visited with Cancún Adventure. Although I won't deny that I was a bit skeptical about the tour service, as soon as I got on the bus and saw that the staff loves what they do, it changed all my expectations.
Congratulations to all the staff; they are very friendly, well-trained, and above all, it shows that they love their job. The transportation was very comfortable, clean, and safe. The places—wow!!—a marvel of natural beauty, and the food was exquisite. Everything was 100%, absolutely fantastic.
