The tours are definitely amazing, the people know what they're doing!!!!! I highly recommend them. We took tours in Playa del Carmen to Xcaret, Xichen, and cenotes, and everything was excellent, I highly recommend them!!!!! We went during the low season from November 7-14 and the weather was great, tours with Cancun Adventure and Xcaret experiences were awesome! Calificación:

¡Me encantó Xplor! Tulum estuvo bien, muy corto. Xel-ha fue divertido, pero casi todas las actividades eran adicionales. Eso no era algo que esperaba. No volvería a Xel-ha. Calificación:

Unfortunately, we had the bad luck of experiencing a lot of rain, which prevented us from fully enjoying the parks with water attractions. The food at Xcaret was delicious. Xoximilco, although it was affected by rain, was delightful, even though we couldn't appreciate the surroundings. The tour of Xenotes was very beautiful; it was fantastic to be able to enjoy nature even in the rain. The work of the tour guides was highly regarded. They were friendly and very cordial in their interactions. Calificación:

Elegimos el paquete Top Tour y realizamos 3 excursiones durante nuestra estancia. Fuimos a Coba/Xel-Ha, Xplore Fuego y Xenotes. En todos nuestros viajes, nos cuidaron muy bien. La historia se explicó con gran detalle y durante las aventuras, se tomaron todas las precauciones de seguridad. The transportation was always very punctual, the guides and drivers were respectful and great. The door-to-door service is fantastic. For us, the best part of Xcaret Plus, if not the only good thing, is the incomparable night show. At the restaurant, you can only consume food and drinks inside; if you leave, you can’t re-enter for another drink given the high price paid. They do not offer breakfast (meaning you either have breakfast or lunch; you can only have one meal, unlike Xel-Há). We find the food service at Xcaret to be poor, and the chefs are very formal. Xel-Há is better than Xcaret; it has more activities, and drinks and food are unlimited at any time and in any of the restaurants, with spectacular service. Chichen Itza and Valladolid: Chichen Itza was great, although the heat was endless, but with the spectacular temples and culture, the heat fades away. In Valladolid, you only go for lunch; the restaurant is spectacular, and you can visit the park and church because time is limited. Then you go to see a cenote (only for viewing). Xoximilco was good, with typical Mexican food and drinks, and the entertainers were excellent, but you definitely need to use a lot of repellent. I do recommend purchasing the packages through this website. Calificación:

Xcaret was fantastic. Xel-ha was good. In Tulum, we had so much rain that we couldn't appreciate the place as we would have liked. Xplor surpassed all the tours we took, with good food and drinks. Calificación:

Very satisfied! The guides were very good, the places beautiful and clean, and the people are very friendly. The only downside is that the prices are very high; for example, at Xcaret, the photos during the dolphin swim are ridiculously expensive. They should reconsider their sales strategy for those photos. Calificación:
