We bought this tour package, along with my boyfriend, almost a month in advance online. The payment was made by card, and I received my purchase coupon with all the instructions for each tour very quickly. Still, at first, I felt a bit of fear that since the package was already paid for and with quite a bit of time in advance, they might not fulfill it or pick us up at the hotel... But they delivered 100%, always arriving on time, the bus was super comfortable, and the guides from Experiencias Xcaret were very professional... Everything was fulfilled just as they indicated. Even my boyfriend also bought the tour to Chichén Itzá, for which we were no longer staying in the hotel zone, and they arranged a meeting point with us. Again, I was worried that maybe they wouldn't pick us up there... that morning it was raining, and right on the dot, the bus arrived... The tour operators were "Cancun Passion," very kind, warm, and provided excellent explanations (maybe one of the guides talked a bit too much during the whole trip, which would be the only minor point considering it was so early, we were all sleepy, and the trip started early, but it's just a minimal detail)... Excellent Cancun Adventure! ... I want to return to Cancun in the future and would definitely book a tour with you again!!!

The Tulum—Xel Ha tour was very good, I loved it! The Xoximilco tour with our guide and captain had an excellent attitude, I had a lot of fun. The Xcaret tour staff had a good attitude, there were many activities to do, and the night show was the best!! Overall, very good treatment, they made me feel safe, thank you!

Mi única queja es que no hubo suficiente tiempo para disfrutar del lugar. Me habría encantado quedarme más tiempo en mi destino. Chichén Itzá. De lo contrario, estuvo muy bien organizado, fue amigable y educativo. Me encanta Cancún. Es mi primera visita.

Everything was very beautiful, Xcaret is impressively gorgeous. The best part was "México Espectacular." Xel-Ha and Tulum were nice, although the visit to Tulum does take time away from enjoying Xel-Ha.

Hicimos el paquete de Xplor y Xenotes y fue increíble ambos días. Nuestro guía turístico para Xenotes, Eric, fue más que genial. Fue muy divertido y acogedor. Disfrutamos nuestras excursiones.
