Gran viaje. Se encargan de todo, desde recogerte en el hotel hasta dejarte. La comida servida también fue mejor de lo que esperaba y podías comer tanto como quisieras.

El autobús estaba allí a la hora indicada, no tuvimos problemas con nuestros boletos y el guía turístico en el autobús y en la entrada del parque fue muy informativo sobre todo lo que los parques tenían para ofrecer. Los parques eran increíbles y definitivamente recomiendo Xcaret y Xel-Ha a cualquiera que vaya a México.

The two parks we visited are very beautiful, everything is very well organized. Just one observation: at Xcaret, they only include one meal and pick you up at the hotel at 7:30 and you return at 9:30. I think one meal is a bit too little; however, at Xel-ha, they include unlimited food and drinks, which I thought was very good.

We did Chichen Itza & Valladolid and Xplor Fuego, everything was excellent: the tour guides, the buses, and the food. I just would have liked to have more time in Valladolid to explore it.
