Great tour; guide was excellent.
We enjoyed the tour with Cancun Adventure to Chichen Itza and Valladolid. We started with a nice breakfast on our way to Chicken Itza. My only complaint is the warm weather the tour guide was thoughtful about the umbrellas so I had a cover from the sun besides my big hat.
I strongly recommend everyone to get your sourvenirs from Chicken Itza - a lot cheaper than in Cancun.
There was much to see at Valladolid and the buffet was just okay but it was pretty decent compared to the buffets from any of the theme water parks.
Amazing!!!!!!!
The tour was well organized right from picking up at the hotel to dropping off. the tour guide was really good and he knew what he was talking about. It was a wonderful trip and we will surely use their service again when we go back to Mexico.
Chichen Itza was a surprise it was not as I expected, much larger with lots of ruins everywhere. It was very hot & the tour bus offered us umbrellas that seemed odd to us as we have done the Egyptian ruins in July but I can understand why as the humidity is worse than the direct sun (I found).I found them not as impressive as Egypt. I loved Valladolid we had a tremendous rain storm & the restaurant was excellent. The umbrellas from the bus came in handy there. The sink hole we were taken to was also well worth it, never seen one before, amazing. The video shown to us on the bus as we were going to Chichen Itza was extremely informative but I felt a bit like I was at University not on a holiday. Overall it was a long day but well worth it. I would recommend this trip if you are going to this area of Mexico.
My husband and I had an amazing time. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The tour guide was great and they provided just enough guide/free time to enjoy yourself. Buses were nice and cool and the beer/towel service added the extra refreshment you need after a HOT day at the ruins!
Great tour. Well worth the price. My favorite stop was the lunch at Valladolid.
If you are someone who likes to take your time, I wouldn't suggest this tour. If you like to see things and move on, then it's the perfect tour. We needed way more time at Chichen Itza (we only got to see about half the place and we were what we consider to be somewhat rushing) and also more time in the town would be nice. The meal in town was the same as the meals on our resort. Was great food but nothing different.
This was an excellent tour! Were very happy with entire excursion, bus was comfortable and food and drinks were great. Video about new discovery of additional Mayan ruin was very interesting and helped kill the time on the bus on way there. Earphones with guided tour were wonderful, as you could hear everything guide was telling you about Mayan ruins. Lunch at city of Vallalodid was nice, but we wish we had more time to tour in this city. We enjoyed it and was a great value.
Awesome tour!! Highly recommended!! Wish I could have stayed longer.
Everything was perfect, it was beautiful day.
I have already recommended this to many of my friends. Also Cesar was a great tour guide.
Awesome. Worth every penny.
Guides were easy to understand, very friendly and answered all questions. They gave great information and were helpful in everyone's needs. We would probably do this in cooler time of the year next time.
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions that were asked.
The lunch at the end of the tour was a fantastic way to bring the day to a close. Also giving us time to look around part of the town.
This tour was amazing! The guides were so friendly and helpful, and funny too! They made the trip extra special! It definitely exceeded my expectations!
the tour guide was very knowledgeable - great experience on the entire tour
Chichen Itza was wonderful. The largest pyramid and the ball court were the highlights, but other ruins such as the area with all of the columns, was also fascinating. Our guide did a good job of explaining what we were seeing. The trip was made much more enjoyable by having the morning snack and beverages available on the bus. After the heat of the tour, the cooler filled with cold damp towels really helped us cool off. The meal all Valladolid was excellent. Since this city was listed as part of the tour, I wish our tour guide had spent a little more time showing and talking about the city.
Although the bus ride was long (3 hours each way) and it was a long day (13 hours) it was absolutely worthwhile. We look at it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience, especially as we attended on the vernal equinox. Our tour guide, Carlos, was exceptionally knowledgeable and generous about sharing information. The meal at Valladolid was very good, the accomodations (seats, drinks, etc)on the bus were great, and the visit to the cenote was eye-opening. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone.
Hugo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and also Valladolid. Thanks!!
Loved our tour and guide Adrian!
Amazing experience great great staff driver and tour guilde was amazing
Awesome tour! The transportation was right on time, and the staff was amazing!
Skipp the visit of the cave and give more time in valladoid.
Great tour, good food, a lot of beverages. Timing perfect!
This was an amazing tour! I know that it is a long tour, so that sometimes defers people away, BUT don't let it! It is a once in a lifetime experience, and everyone should spend one of their vacation days on this tour. The transportation was very comfortable, the guide was extremely knowledgable, the food was delicious, and the sites were absolutely amazing!
We enjoyed the tour very much. Definately an enjoyable experience with this company.
Only complaint would be that we were supposed to be on an English speaking only bus and tour - and it was bi-lingual instead.
