For the development of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we need to obtain the following personal data:

• Identification data: first name, last name gender, tax ID (RFC) and/or CURP (for billing purposes, when applicable).
• Demographic data: Gender and age.
• Contact information: phone number, email address and residential address.
• Payment information: credit or debit card details and signature (as reflected on bank vouchers, when applicable).

Pursuant to article 8 of the Law, in the case of sensitive personal data, Go Visit Cancun will be obliged to obtain the express written consent of the owner, through his autograph signature, electronic signature or any authentication mechanism established for such purpose. Go Visit Cancun does not request sensitive personal data.

The personal information collected will only be used for the following purposes:

• To process, update, modify, or cancel services you have contracted through Go Visit Cancun or its affiliated sites.
• We may send you email notifications regarding changes or events related to your travel itinerary or the confirmation, modification, or cancellation of contracted services, as well as invitations to rate our services after your visit.
• You may receive phone calls to verify transactions or operations made online or via a mobile device, in order to validate the information. Go Visit Cancun may also request documents to confirm the identity of the client or credit card holder, if deemed necessary.

Go Visit Cancun only shares name information with tour providers related to their services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/tour providers for marketing/promotional purposes.

We may collect your mobile phone number to send you SMS communications related to our services. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional and informational messages related to your booking (such as itinerary details and updates) from Go Visit Cancun. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchase. We do not share, sell, or disclose mobile information (including phone numbers) with third parties or tour providers for marketing or promotional purposes.

As part of our communication and marketing efforts we may send you notifications about promotions, offers and services via email, only Go Visit Cancun has access to the information collected. 3. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the ARCO rights are to be exercised, except in the case of the right of access.
4. A description of the ARCO right to be exercised, or what the data subject is requesting, and
5. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.

Your request will be answered within a period not exceeding 20 working days. Likewise, at any time you may revoke your consent to the processing of your data, by the same means indicated above. This Confidentiality / Privacy statement is subject to the terms and conditions described above, which in itself constitutes a legal agreement between the user and Go Visit Cancun. If the user uses the services in any of the Go Visit Cancun sites, it means that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the above terms.

If the user believes that their personal data protection rights have been violated, they may approach the competent authority, the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, in order to assert any claims related to the processing of their personal data.
