We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us right away through one of our official channels with your new flight details. For operational reasons, please let us know as early as you can.

After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area for your terminal; our uniformed staff will be waiting there with a sign with your name. At Terminal 4, exit through the door on the left side of the hallway to reach that area.

That's false: we don't have staff roaming the airport's common areas, and we never contact you through third parties. If anyone tells you we won't show up or that we're running late, ignore them and contact us directly at the phone number or WhatsApp on your booking confirmation to check your vehicle's real status before accepting any alternative.

We recommend arriving at the terminal at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights, to allow time for check-in, security screening, and any unexpected delays on the way, which can vary depending on the route and traffic. If you need a tighter window, you can request it, but any resulting delay will be your responsibility.
