Very close by, at Km 8.5, is Riu Palace Las Americas, which is a different hotel with a different front desk; and at Km 5.5 are Riu Caribe and Riu Palace Peninsula. Before booking, check your hotel confirmation for the exact name and enter it exactly as written on the booking form; if you have any doubts, message us and we'll verify it with you.

Hotel Riu Cancun only accepts guests 18 and older, so staying there with minors isn't possible. That's a hotel rule, not a transfer rule: if you're traveling as a family, we recommend looking at other lodging options before booking the transfer.

No. Your transfer goes straight from the airport to the hotel, with no commercial stops along the way. If you need to make a specific stop, let us know in the comments section when you book and we'll see what we can do depending on availability. For security reasons, and to avoid delays or unregistered passengers getting in, you can't ask the driver to stop once the trip is underway.

We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us right away through one of our official channels with your new flight details. For operational reasons, please let us know as early as you can.

After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area for your terminal; our uniformed staff will be waiting there with a sign with your name. At Terminal 4, exit through the door on the left side of the hallway to reach that area.

Be careful: it's common at the airport for people not affiliated with Go Visit Cancun (from other transportation companies, taxi drivers, or others trying to sell rides) to approach travelers posing as official agents, or pretending to call our company, to say your transfer will take 2 hours or more, that we're always late, or that we won't show up — and then offer their own service, claiming Go Visit Cancun will reimburse the cost. That's false: we don't have staff roaming the airport's common areas, and we never contact you through third parties. If anyone tells you we won't show up or that we're running late, ignore them and contact us directly at the phone number or WhatsApp on your booking confirmation to check your vehicle's real status before accepting any alternative.

We recommend arriving at the terminal at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights, to allow time for check-in, security screening, and any unexpected delays on the way along Blvd. Kukulcán. If you need a tighter window, you can request it, but any resulting delay will be your responsibility.
