We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us through one of our official channels with your new flight details — for smoother planning on our end, the sooner you let us know, the better.
After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area. Our uniformed staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. At Terminal 4, exit through the door on the left side of the hallway to find us.

To avoid issues with check-in time, security lines, and traffic, we suggest arriving at the airport at least 3 hours ahead for international flights and 2 hours ahead for domestic flights. If you request a later departure time with a tighter window, you'll be fully responsible for any resulting delay.
