• If the port is closed due to weather conditions, the snorkeling activity will be suspended following the instructions of the Harbor Master, always prioritizing your safety. Your tour will NOT be canceled. Instead, you will enjoy an extended speedboat ride through the lagoon, exploring its channels and discovering more local flora and fauna.
• Minimum age to participate: 6 years old
• Minimum driving age: 18 years old
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Not recommended for people with back problems (Boats travel at high speed; participation is at your own risk and for your safety)
• Boat assignments are subject to operational availability. The Operator reserves the right to split larger groups across multiple boats or assign an alternative departure time when necessary to ensure compliance with safety requirements and operational capacity.
