We had a great time on our private tour to Chichen Itza with Go Visit Cancun. We were a family of four including a 2 year old. Our guide and driver were very accommodating as we went at a slower pace, needed to change diapers, etc. They had kid friendly snacks and juices. We also enjoyed the cenote and appreciated that they had life jackets for 2 year olds. We highly recommend this tour and appreciate GVC tailoring it to the needs of our group.

Our driver was Charlie (Carlos) and our guide was Victor Miguel, They were so much fun, Charlie was an excellent driver (my daughter and I often get car sick - but his smooth driving kept us so comfortable). Victor was a passionate, knowledgeable guide. We had the best day.

Liked pics and videos taken but expensive to buy and should’ve been allowed to take own pics. Tour guide Joseph was awesome and knowledgeable. Didn’t get to ride on beach though as thought advertised we ride in wooded area next to beach. Fun when they put turbans in us and took pics. Buffet brunch was the best… we didn’t take swim suits as didn’t realize van could take us back to our hotel three different times in afternoon (should have been spelled out in tour info as we would’ve brought swim suits and stayed there for few hours).

Tour was well organized, jam-packed, with a friendly and professional staff. That said, the snorkeling was way too rushed and Isle Mujeres was a big disappointment. I was expecting beach time at a beach club. Instead we were dropped off in a very congested area, filled with boat fuel fumes, and left to wander for two hours.

The water looks more clear in the promotional materials for this tour. The day was very fun and the kids loved having options and multiple attempts for jumping and zip lines.
