Our tour guide Alberto was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions about the pre-Hispanic people in Mexico, and shared the mythology and math and astronomy findings of the Mayans that were super interesting to our school aged kids! Driver was professional too, car clean and spacious, air conditioning and chilled drinks were fantastic! Itinerary was nice - cenote visit was well organized and not over crowded. Brief stop in Valladolid was nice too.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our private tour and a huge part of that was because of our amazing guide and driver, both named Eduardo! Our guide was exceptional as he was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient and genuinely funny! He did an excellent job of making the history and culture interesting while also engaging both the adults and children. We came expecting a great tour and were provided with exactly that! I would highly recommend amd would definitely be using this service provider on my next trip!

We had a great time on our private tour to Chichen Itza with Go Visit Cancun. We were a family of four including a 2 year old. Our guide and driver were very accommodating as we went at a slower pace, needed to change diapers, etc. They had kid friendly snacks and juices. We also enjoyed the cenote and appreciated that they had life jackets for 2 year olds. We highly recommend this tour and appreciate GVC tailoring it to the needs of our group.
