Our trip was so fun! Our atv tour guide was the best we went on 9/18 at 11am. He was outstanding and should be recognized for his patience and care! Our speed boat driver was so funny and made sure we also had an amazing time, he was the best!!! I think the lunches could be better, or even maybe lunch doesn’t have to be included maybe just some snacks and drinks. I think the price was a little too high for the amount we did and it should be lowered or just included more like time to drive or on the boat.

We were the only English speaking family. Our guides, Mildred and Bay Sen, were so kind and helpful to us. We had our own personal English speaking guides arranged for us at each site. The whole trip was magical.

Was a great tour. We booked a private tour with a group of 7 of us. Left Cancun at 7am. Best choice. Got out to Chitchen Itza before the heat and the crowds. The visit to the Cenote and the buffet lunch was a highlight. The lunch was AMAZING!!! Huge selection of authentic dishes. The Cenote was beautiful and the swim was so refreshing on a hot, humid day. Our guide Victor was a total character and kept us entertained as well as looked after with cool drinks and sage advice (like don't cover your entire meal with hot hot hot sauce!)

Fabulous trip! Fabian was an excellent guide and was full of information about the jungle, animals and Mayan culture. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the horse ride and the dip in the cenote. Thanks to Fabian and the other guides for a great morning.

The boat captain and helper are very helpful and try their best to fulfill customer's expectations. However, finding the whale sharks is a challenge and the sighting is not sure. I would suggest to use drones to survey the area before the boat
