Our previously scheduled tour operator had an auto accident and needed to cancel with very short notice. Go visit Cancun was able to find us a guide to do a similar tour with next to no notice, in the busiest season. Our guide was great and tour was wel planned.

We loved the show. However the set up and convenience of the park was poor. You are unable to eat numerous times with a time frame of 12-5 to eat the meal included and the buffets are crazy expensive to eat. Then the park closes at 5 and show starts at 7 so you are basically forced to pay the ridiculous price of dinner. I paid for a 7 course meal for my kids which they didn’t eat. We paid $65+ for chicken fingers. The food was great but these ridiculous prices and lack of flexibility should have been advertised better so families can pack accordingly. Also the lockers are way too small to pack all the belongings needed for an entire day and then the lockers close at 5 as well so your carrying all of your stuff to the show which is not convenient or comfortable. The amount of money spent to attend the park was not worth it there are much better and family friendly activities around. Xel-Ha was the best though and all of your parks should be set up that way for families to enjoy. I would only highly recommend the show not the park

The tour was well organized and informative. Our tour bus guide prepared us for what was to come throughout the day. In the tour description online it said we would go to Cenote XKeken but instead went to Cenote Oxman. I don’t know why the change was made but I really wanted to visit XKeken that’s why I booked the trip. Chichen Itza was AMAZING of course! Valladolid was wonderful! The lunch was delicious and strolling through the market streets and buying authentic artisan crafts was so fun! The people of the Yucatan Peninsula are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable of their land. I learned so much and have great respect for the Mayan culture.
