No. Since this is a direct service with no commercial stops, you'll travel straight from the airport to your hotel. If you need to make a specific stop, let us know in the comments section when you book so we can check availability. For security reasons, and to prevent delays or unauthorized pickups, asking the driver to stop isn't allowed once the trip is underway.
We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us through one of our official channels with your new flight details — for smoother planning on our end, the sooner you let us know, the better.
After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area for your terminal, where our uniformed staff will be waiting with a sign with your name. At Terminal 4, take the door on the left side of the hallway to reach that area.
Warning: watch out for people posing as official agents who claim your transfer will be delayed or won't show up, trying to sell you another service with a false promise of a refund from us. We don't have unassigned staff in common areas, and we never contact you through third parties. If someone tells you we're not coming, ignore them and contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp through your booking confirmation to check your vehicle's real status.
We recommend arriving at the airport terminal at least 3 hours ahead for international flights and 2 hours ahead for domestic flights. This allows time for check-in, security screening, and any unexpected delays on the road. If you need a tighter window, you're welcome to request it, at your own full responsibility.
