About 20-25 minutes, since the hotel sits at the entrance to the Hotel Zone (Puerto Cancún) — one of the closest stretches to the airport within this zone. Travel time can vary depending on traffic along the Cancun-Airport highway.
Yes. This is a door-to-door service: your driver will pick you up at your terminal's arrivals area and take you straight to the lobby of the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina, with no stops at other hotels and no detours.
We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us through one of our official channels with your new flight details — the sooner you let us know, the better.
After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area for your terminal — that's where our uniformed staff will be waiting with a sign printed with your name. If you land at Terminal 4, remember to take the door on the left side of the hallway to reach that area. If anyone approaches you outside of that area claiming to be from Go Visit Cancun, ignore them: we don't offer service in the airport's common areas.
We recommend scheduling your pickup at the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at least 3 hours before your departure flight, to allow time for check-in, airport security, and any unexpected delays along the way. If you'd prefer a tighter window, you're welcome to request it, though shortening this time is at your own risk.
This is a 100% private service: your vehicle travels exclusively for your group, with no stops to pick up other passengers. You'll go straight from the terminal to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina, or from the hotel back to the terminal, with no layovers.
