We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait up to 2 hours after landing (this window doesn't cover the time it takes to collect your luggage or clear customs); after that, the service is considered a no-show. If your flight is canceled, we'll reschedule your transfer as soon as you reach out to us through one of our official channels with your new flight details — the sooner you let us know, the better.
After collecting your luggage, head to the paid transportation area for your terminal — that's where our uniformed staff will be waiting with a sign printed with your name. If you land at Terminal 4, remember to take the door on the left side of the hallway to reach that area. If anyone approaches you outside of that area claiming to be from Go Visit Cancun, ignore them: we don't offer service in the airport's common areas.
We recommend scheduling your pickup at Hotel Emporio Cancun at least 3 hours before your departure flight, to allow time for check-in, airport security, and any unexpected delays on the way back from the southern end of the Hotel Zone. If you'd prefer a tighter window, you're welcome to request it, though shortening this time is at your own risk.
