Safe. Private. Direct.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide service to all Bahia Principe resorts?
Yes, we take you directly to the lobby of any of the four resorts within the complex: Bahia Principe Akumal, Coba, Sian Ka’an, and Bahia Principe Tulum.
How do I find my transportation at the terminal?
After exiting the Customs area, look for our staff holding the official Go Visit Cancun sign. We recommend ignoring the timeshare solicitors in the exit hallways so you can head straight to your certified vehicle.
