Additional Information

• The lowest height must be at least 3.3 feet (1 mt.) to enjoy this activity.
• Wearing safety vests during any water program is mandatory
• People not participating in the activity may stay in designated areas. For safety reasons, these areas are separate from the wet areas
• For safety reasons and to avoid distracting the dolphins, visitors, and keepers, access with cameras, cell phones, or any audiovisual equipment is not allowed in the wet areas.

Recommendations

• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• Bring extra cash for souvenirs, photos and video

About transportation

• Transportation service $10 usd per participant. (Must be paid at check-in)
• Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Transportation is provided to the closest habitat to your hotel: Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking. In case we do not have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available
