Guide Karla was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed 100% of the tour.
It would be very helpful if they provided umbrellas during the tour (just for loan) and we would return them at the end. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience, and Mariel was very attentive, making the experience more dynamic and entertaining.
Kevin is a great guide, very professional and an excellent person. Fidel, the driver, was very attentive to all of us and very caring. They both made a great team and provided us with a very good experience.
Overall, the tour was good.
The guide was nice and interesting and the activities met my expectations.
I'm a bit disappointed by the duration of the trip especially because we arrived too late at the hotel (9pm) because of the poor organization of the transportation (change at Xel-ha,unnecessary stop at Valladolid, etc).
The bus was very comfortable with A/C and a restroom on board which was needed for the 3.5 hour drive to Chichen Itza from Akumal. The Cenote was amazing and the food was delicious, some of the most authentic food I had on my stay in Cancun given it was still buffet style.

The bus was comfortable and clean. The guides were very friendly and explained everything very clearly.
This trip was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our guide. He was witty and fun. It was awesome to see one of the "wonders of the world". The workers were very COVID-19 safe and ensured we stayed safe.

It is a wonderful and unique experience; the only recommendation is to bring plenty of water, as the sun is relentless.
It has been a very pleasant tour. I want to share that the day I booked the tour, I missed it due to my own mistake, and kindly the staff helped me and rescheduled me for the next day. I am very grateful for that attention. The trip is definitely worth it...!! My family loved it. Swimming in a cenote has been an unforgettable experience. All the staff provided us with wonderful service. They were always willing to assist. Of course, I will definitely take another tour with Cancún Adventure...!!!
