Pursuant to articles 14, 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by the Individuals (hereinafter the "Law") and other applicable provisions, we hereby inform you that Cancun Elite, S.A. de C.V., with commercial name Go Visit Cancun (hereinafter and indistinctly "Cancun Elite", "Go Visit Cancun" or the "Responsible") with its address at Blvd. Kukulcán km 3.5 Centro Empresarial Nautilus Local 5, Cancún, Benito Juárez, Quintana Roo, Mexico, ZIP Code 77500, is responsible for processing your personal data, as well as its protection and proper use.
At Go Visit Cancun, one of our priorities is to respect the privacy of its users and to keep the information and personal data we collect secure.
This Privacy Notice always contemplates the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in the processing of personal data.
PERSONAL DATA.
For the development of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we need to obtain the following personal data:
Identification data: first name, last name gender, tax ID (RFC) and/or CURP (for billing purposes, when applicable).
Demographic data: Gender and age.
Contact information: phone number, email address and residential address.
Payment information: credit or debit card details and signature (as reflected on bank vouchers, when applicable).
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
Pursuant to article 8 of the Law, in the case of sensitive personal data, Go Visit Cancun will be obliged to obtain the express written consent of the owner, through his autograph signature, electronic signature or any authentication mechanism established for such purpose. Go Visit Cancun does not request sensitive personal data.
USE OF INFORMATION.
The personal information collected will only be used for the following purposes:
To process, update, modify, or cancel services you have contracted through Go Visit Cancun or its affiliated sites.
We may send you email notifications regarding changes or events related to your travel itinerary or the confirmation, modification, or cancellation of contracted services, as well as invitations to rate our services after your visit.
You may receive phone calls to verify transactions or operations made online or via a mobile device, in order to validate the information. Go Visit Cancun may also request documents to confirm the identity of the client or credit card holder, if deemed necessary.

Go Visit Cancun only shares information with tour providers and banking entities for payment processing.

Your request must include the following information:
I. The name of the data subject and their address or any other means for receiving notifications.
II. A copy of the document proving the identity of the data subject, or, if applicable, the legal representation and identity of their representative.
III. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the ARCO rights are to be exercised, except in the case of the right of access.
IV. A description of the ARCO right to be exercised, or what the data subject is requesting, and
V. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
Your request will be answered within a period not exceeding 20 working days. Likewise, at any time you may revoke your consent to the processing of your data, by the same means indicated above. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This Confidentiality / Privacy statement is subject to the terms and conditions described above, which in itself constitutes a legal agreement between the user and Go Visit Cancun. If the user uses the services in any of the Go Visit Cancun sites, it means that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the above terms.
AUTHORITY
If the user believes that their personal data protection rights have been violated, they may approach the competent authority, the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, in order to assert any claims related to the processing of their personal data.
